It was written for those that have a workingknowlege of PSP
This tut was done in PSP X

This is how i made the tag,my ideas, my concepts, any similaritiesare purely coincidental,do not claim as your own.

You will need the following supplies:

Tube: im using the fabulous art of Lacy Claggyou must have a licence to use her artworkthis tube can be found in her store to purchase

Fonts: Bickley Script & Bedini

scrapkit by LisaE called: Valentines Kit found here

Mask: Becky_Mask042

Okay lets start:
1.File - New - New image
600x500
2.open all ur supplies ready3.floodfill with whiteso we can see what we're doing
4.new raster layerfloodfill with a dark colour and apply your maskof choice and delete mask layer and merge group
5.add ur frame from scrapkit and position
6. add a heart from kit and resize to fit into the frame, duplicate twice and position in the other two frames
7.add the larger scroll
8. add the roses, duplicate it and postion it so u got one either side of ur scroll
9. add some text (happy valentines day)
10.add your copyright info
there you have it...
save how you would normally
