It was written for those that have a workingknowlege of PSP

This tut was done in PSP X

this is how i made the tag,my ideas, my concepts, any similaritiesare purely coincidental,do not claim as your own.

You will need the following supplies:
PaintShopProX
Tube:im using the fabulous art ofLacy Clagg
you must purchase her arti used the tubes from her store
(she does have some freebies)
Font: Arial
Mask: blinds 1 maskby MontiScrapkit By Me(Sharon)

Supplies HERE

Okay lets start:
1.open up all your supplies
2.find the frame
3.get the magic wand and click inside the frameselections - select all - float - defloatselections - modify - expand by 10
4.find a picture of the beachand copy & paste this over the frame
5.selections - invert & hit delete.
6.now drag this layer below your frame
7.add your tube and resize if necessary
8.add a new raster layer and floodfill with a lightcolour and apply a mask
9.add some embellishments todecorate your tag
10.add your copyright info for your artist
11.add your name using Arial fonti did mine by typing out my namein same colour as sand then convert layer to raster then with pick tool pulled the topends inward till it looked flat looking text
9.merge all
there you have it...save how you would normally
