this tutorial was created on 13th March 08
It was written for those that have a workingknowlege of PSP
This tut was done in PSP X
this is how i made the tag,my ideas, my concepts, any similaritiesare purely coincidental,do not claim as your own.
You will need the following supplies:
PaintShopProX
Tube:im using the fabulous art of Lacy Clagg
you must purchase her arti used the tubes from her (she does have some freebies)
Fonts:Aquarelle & Bankgothic Md Bt
Filter: VanDerLee - snowflakes
Frame, inserts,clouds made by mewordart thought up by my husband plz do not share these items,send people to the tutorial
Supplies Here
Okay lets start:
1.open up supplies
2.find the triple yellow frameand highlight it in the layers pallette
3.find 3 tubes and add each one to each of the threegaps in the frames, resizing if needed
4.if u havent got grass i provided someadd that under your frames layer
5.if you don't want to use my wordart then pleasedelete the layer and add some of your own
6.now find a bigger tube like i have, the girland paste as new layer and place her to the leftof your frame
7.add your copyright info for your artist
11.add your name using Aquarelle font
if you don't like to make your own animationthen i've provided it for you
12.so now we open animation shop
13.go back to psp and cross out the rain 2 &3and merge visible everything elsethen go to animation shop and paste asnew animation
14.then go back to psp and click undoso every layer is showing again andnothing crossed outnow cross out rain 1 & 3then go to animation shop and paste asafter current image
15.then go back to psp and click undoso every layer is showing again andnothing crossed outnow cross out rain 1 & 2then go to animation shop and paste asafter current image
there you have it...save how you would normally
if you would like to know how tomake the rain yourself then here goes:
1.make sure all your tag is made
2.add new raster layereffects - VanDerLee -snowflakes change the amount to 75and maximum to 12random speed 0then adjust - blur - motion blurangle 129 & strength 40
3.add new raster layereffects - VanDerLee -snowflakes change the amount to 75and maximum to 12random speed 100then adjust - blur - motion blurangle 129 & strength 60
4.add new raster layereffects - VanDerLee -snowflakes change the amount to 75and maximum to 12random speed 200then adjust - blur - motion blurangle 129 & strength 80
then follow no.12-15in the previous steps
